IAttuned to the future of the automotive industry: Rába modernises in anticipation of the changes

In Q4 of 2024, Rába took major steps to adjust to the challenges of the global automotive industry. The Rába Modernisation Programme continues to be in the focus of attention through numerous technological developments key to increasing production efficiency and further strengthening the market positions of the company. Rába’s goal is to meet the high-est quality requirements at all times through state-of-the-art machinery and optimised pro-duction processes, while offering sustainable operation in the long term.

A folyamatos technológiai fejlesztések révén a Rába a fenntartható működés és a jövőbiztos gyártási folyamatok kialakítására helyezi a hangsúlyt. A vállalat elkötelezett amellett, hogy modern gépparkjával és optimalizált termelési folyamataival a legmagasabb minőségi elvárásoknak is megfeleljen. A legfrissebb beruházások keretében több kulcsfontosságú gép fejlesztése is megvalósult, amelyek a termelési kapacitás bővítését és az innovációs potenciál fokozását szolgálják. A gyártócsarnokok világításának LED-re történő cseréje is befejeződött, tovább növelve a társaság energiahatékonyságát. Jelenleg folyamatban van egy új megmunkáló központ üzembe helyezése is, amely a közeljövőben már megkezdi a gyártást. Emellett egy mosóberendezés telepítése zajlik, amely más alkatrészek előkészítését szolgálja.

Through ongoing technological developments, Rába focuses on sustainable operation and on de-veloping future-proof production processes. The company is committed to meeting even the most stringent quality expectations through its advanced machinery and optimised production processes. A number of key equipment developments have also taken place as part of the latest capital ex-penditures, thus increasing production capacity and innovation potential. The replacement of the light sources in production halls by LED light has also been concluded, further increasing the energy efficiency of the company. A new machining centre is now being installed and will begin production in the near future. Additionally, a washing line is being installed, providing preparation for other parts.
