In Q1 of 2026, while maintaining stable operations, R\u00c1BA Plc. took important steps to lay the groundwork for the Group\u2019s future development. The period continued to be character-ized by subdued performance in the international automotive industry, a persistently uncer-tain economic environment, and cautious market players; while the focus of the company\u2019s operations has increasingly shifted towards long-term development, strengthening competi-tiveness, and preparing for future growth directions and new business opportunities. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In spite of market expectations stemming from the slowdown of European industrial production and a subdued automotive environment, the operation of the group of companies was marked by stabil-ity. In Q1 of 2026, R\u00c1BA Plc. generated HUF 13.3 billion in consolidated sales, with EBITDA in-creasing to HUF 881 million, which is an improvement compared to the same period of last year. Net borrowings continue to improve: at the end of Q1 of 2026, it amounted to HUF 10.7 billion, which is a substantial, HUF 6.0 billion decline compared to the level of the previous year. One-off, adjustment items had no impact on the results of either the period under review or of the base peri-od.<\/p>
